1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 For Customers (Clients)
Before Work Begins:
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the service or labor begins and receive a full refund.
After Work Begins:
Once the service has commenced, the order cannot be canceled, and the full amount agreed upon becomes payable.
Vendor Non-Compliance:
If the vendor fails to start or complete the work within the agreed timeline, the customer may request a full cancellation and refund, subject to platform review.
How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be submitted via Vishvakrma.com’s support system prior to the start of the job.
Product Purchases (if applicable):
Cancellations for non-service products must be made within 4 days of placing the order and only if shipping has not started.
1.2 For Vendors
Vendors are required to fulfill all accepted orders in accordance with the agreed-upon scope and timeline.
If a vendor cancels an accepted order without valid reason:
The buyer will receive a full refund.
The vendor may face account penalties, fines, or temporary suspension.
Vendors should only accept jobs they can complete, to avoid platform penalties.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds (For Customers)
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The vendor fails to start or complete the work as agreed.
The quality of service does not meet the agreed standards, and the complaint is raised within 48 hours of job completion.
The order is canceled before work begins.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If work has already started and no issue is reported within the stipulated time.
If dissatisfaction is not communicated within 48 hours.
Payments made outside the platform are not eligible for refunds.
2.2 Refunds for Products (Non-Service Items)
Refunds will only be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, if reported within 4 days of receipt.
The issue will be verified by the seller or platform team before approval.
Items under manufacturer warranty must be taken up with the manufacturer directly.
2.3 Vendor Refunds
If a vendor completes the work as agreed, but the client refuses to pay without a valid reason, the vendor will be fully paid.
If the vendor is at fault, the amount may be deducted from their pending payouts.
3. Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Vendors will be paid within 7 days after job completion and no disputes are raised.
4. Dispute Resolution
Customers must raise any disputes related to service quality within 48 hours of project completion.
Vishvakrma.com will investigate the matter and issue a final, binding resolution.
Payments may be withheld by the platform during dispute evaluation.
5. Legal Obligations and Enforcement
Vendors are not permitted to demand extra payments outside the agreed scope. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
Customers are required to make timely payments upon job completion. Non-payment may also lead to legal proceedings.
6. Policy Updates and Acceptance
Vishvakrma.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of all current and future policy terms.
