5. Customer Terms
5.1 Booking and Payments
Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking.
Invoices and receipts will be issued after successful transactions.
5.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before the work starts as per our cancellation policy.
If work has begun, the customer is liable to pay the full amount agreed upon.
5.3 Timely Payments
Delayed payments may result in penalties, suspension of service, or legal action.
5.4 Service Disputes
Concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of project completion.
We will assist in dispute resolution but do not guarantee refunds unless stated in our return policy.
5.5 Fair Use
Misuse of the platform, such as bypassing platform fees or engaging vendors directly, may lead to suspension or legal action.
6. Vendor Terms
6.1 Order Fulfillment
Once an order is accepted, the vendor must complete the job within the agreed time and quality standards.
6.2 Payment Release
Vendors will be paid within 7 days after the customer marks the service as completed, subject to resolution of disputes.
6.3 Platform Fees
Vendors must pay a 3% commission on the order value. This will be auto-deducted before final payout.
6.4 No Extra Charges
Vendors cannot demand extra payments beyond the agreed price. Non-compliance may lead to blacklisting or legal action.
6.5 Legal Compliance
Vendors must comply with all tax, licensing, and legal obligations.
6.6 Code of Conduct
Vendors must treat clients respectfully and maintain professionalism.
7. General Terms
7.1 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
7.2 Third-Party Links

7.3 Limitation of Liability
