At Vishvakrma.com, we are committed to providing you with a safe, transparent, and reliable way to hire trusted contractors. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a booking or request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Begins – You may cancel your order anytime before the contractor starts work and receive a full refund.
• After Work Begins – Once the service has started, cancellations are not allowed and the full payment remains due.
• Vendor Non-Compliance – If your assigned contractor fails to start or complete work within the agreed timeline, you can request a full cancellation and refund, subject to verification by our team.
• Product Purchases (if applicable) – For non-service items, you can cancel within 4 days of placing the order, provided shipping has not started.

2. Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The contractor fails to start or finish the job as agreed.
• Service quality does not meet agreed standards (complaint must be raised within 48 hours after job completion).
• The order was canceled before work began.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Work has started and no issues were reported within 48 hours of completion.
• Dissatisfaction reported beyond 48 hours.
• Payments made outside Vishvakrma.com.

For product orders, refunds apply only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 4 days of delivery.

3. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of project completion. Our support team will review the case and issue a binding decision.
